The School of Music requires that all entering freshmen, transfer students and current JMU students seeking admission must be accepted via an audition. As a part of the audition day, students hear from the Director of the School of Music and other faculty members, participate in a Q&A with our current students, conduct their audition with a professor in their discipline, and have the option to join in on School of Music tours. Check-in begins one hour prior to the listed start time. A more detailed agenda will be provided in the week prior to the event. |

| Details/Directions: | Parking will be in the Mason Deck, levels 3-5. The Mason Parking Deck is located at 715 S Mason St, Harrisonburg, VA 22807. You do not need a parking pass to use this lot, as long as you are parked in levels 3-5. From the Mason Deck, head southwest to the quad and then walk through the tunnel to reach the Forbes Center, located at 147 Warsaw Avenue. |
